Dubai, United Arab Emirates – 25th July 2013 – Launching next month Burgundy Design will bring to Dubai exquisite, premium-quality, exclusively-handcrafted furniture and accessories from all over the world. Creating a niche destination for customers where they can experience the best of designer furniture and furnishing brands under one signature space, the label will cater to a clientele that is looking for exclusivity.
“We are launching the brand to provide consumers access to the most beautiful and exquisitely hand-made furniture pieces that are not only affordable but also unique, classical in style and selected because of their aesthetic appeal,” said Faiza Haider, Co-Founder of Burgundy Design.
“Burgundy Designs will feature a wide range of items unique to the UAE market, including hand-made chandeliers, carpets, and embroidered raw-silk upholstery – providing a one-stop destination for all interior-design needs,” said Tasmeer Kamal, Co-Founder of Burgundy Design.
The 4,000 square foot space will showcase the highest quality of furniture and an inspirational and imaginative collection of interior products. Brands include Sana Safinaz, Yoc’a, Renaissance and Mehreen Dawood and Burgundy’s own signature collection. The showroom will also feature artworks, exhibiting and curating internationally-renowned artists. In addition to housing pure silk materials, hand woven carpets and striking chandeliers, the store will also provide design consultancy services.

Burgundy Designs will launch in August located in Umm Suquiem on main Al Wasl Road, between the Al Manara and Thanya Street intersection.
